ABOUT US
The newly formed Greater Boston East Pipeline Network is a collaboration
of higher education institutions, school districts and individual schools,
non-profit organizations, museums, workforce development groups and technology
networks. These network partners are committed to developing a sustainable
multi sector network dedicated to working collaboratively to support projects
that (1) strengthen and expand STEM program offerings in the Boston East region;
(2) increase the number of Massachusetts students who participate in programs
that support STEM careers; and (3) increase the number of qualified STEM educators.
In the spirit of collaboration, the Network has identified working teams with
lead facilitators whose principal role is that of convener in guiding the network
to accomplish its goals. Through website development, virtual communication,
real-time communication, and the establishment of working teams (i.e. writing,
marketing, assessment/evaluation, administrative, web maintenance, etc.) we
will expand and sustain the Network.
